With the 53.0 update I have encountered a new bug relating to scrolling of the tab bar when there are more tabs than fit on a single page.
The issue occurs when I attempt to scroll the tab bar beyond the point where the active tab is visible. The smooth tab scrolling animation plays, but immediately snaps back to the original position as soon as the animation finishes or I attempt to scroll again.
Currently the only way to scroll across large tab bars is to select a tab nearer to the end you want, then scroll across and repeat until you reach the desired tab.
Any fix or workaround would be greatly appreciated, as the issue is quite annoying to work around.
