product type missing in plate publishes

Description

Current Behavior

Published plate representations appear to be missing the product type "plate"

Expected Behavior

Product type should be populated in the representation data

Steps To Reproduce:

Publish out of flame and check the database for the version info

What platform were you running when you found the bug?

Linux - Rocky9
