Import comments

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Import comments from ftrack to ayon for all project entities after previous hierarchy import.

Mentions should be translated to AYON mentions, time stamps and authors preserved and categories translated to AYON comment tags

At this moment synchronizing comments that can be mapped to existing users. Question is if we want to sync all comments, and use some "default" user for those that don't have mapping. (semi related to #190 )

I also forgot to sync comment attachments, which cannot be done right now for same reason why reviewables cannot be import now ( #164 requires ynput/ayon-backend#502 ).
