Not connecting unless firewall is turned off

Using Pixelbook
Windows 10

I CAN connect from my pixelbook to Windows 10 shared drive IF I have Public firewall turned off (private is turned on)

However, if I turn the Public firewall ON, then I cannot connect.

How can I connect and have the firewall turned on?
