Case insensitive audio fetching

After downloading the local Forvo audio files for French, I discovered that all the audio files are lower case. Yomitan then does not fetch the audio for "France" for example.

Please make it ignore cases.

I once had an idea to enable this on Yomitan's side by running the text processors when fetching audio, but this would require lots of API calls, or adding settings to control what processors get run for audio lookups.

This specific issue could probably be fixed more easily on the audio server.
