chore: remove dead duplicate components and orphaned frontend/ dir

Repo had a half-finished components/ folder migration: several
components existed both as a flat file and inside a subfolder
(cards/, forms/, layout/, widgets/, features/), with one copy in
each pair never imported anywhere. Also removes the orphaned
frontend/src/components/charts/GeographicMap.tsx, a stray
top-level directory unconnected to the app/components/lib layout
used by the rest of the app and not imported anywhere.

Verified no remaining imports reference any of the removed paths.
