Restarting device disables wallpaper changer unless app is opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Set any wallpaper changer in the app (currently using local files)
2. Restart the device, or turn it on after it was powered off

Expected behavior

The wallpaper should start changing at the set interval after the device is restarted

Actual behavior

The wallpaper will initially be the last displayed before the device turning off, after a few minutes it will be reset to the device default wallpaper (the one that the device comes out of the box with when purchased)

are you using Xiaomi? they seem to prevent apps from starting at startup. Probably this would help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3SSF-e7OgI
