Request for review on PowerDNS Recursor and dnsdist templates

Hi everyone,

I have two open PRs adding Zabbix 7.4 templates for PowerDNS:

• PowerDNS Recursor by HTTP — Add PowerDNS Recursor monitoring template #777
• PowerDNS dnsdist by HTTP — Add PowerDNS dnsdist by HTTP template for Zabbix 7.4 #778

Both templates have been tested and are ready for review.

I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look when they have time. I'm happy to address any feedback or make changes needed to align with the community template guidelines.
