Action Node - Action unable to edit

Describe the bug

when i use a mustash template, as documented support for Action, If i need to update/edit the Action, i have to write the entire thing again. No edit is allowed, only searchs current actions, so have to type out the Action template again.

To Reproduce

1. Create an action node.
2. Set the action to say light.{{payload}}, where msg.payload = "turn_on" or other light.ACTION.
3. save and deploy.
4. Open the Action node again. Try to change the Action to light.{{payload.action}}, you can't, you must type out the entire thing again.

Expected behavior

Ability to edit the current text. should perhaps pre-populate the search filed?

This behavior is very similar in the entity picker. Say I have an action chosen with light.entry_2 and want to go modify it to light.entry_3, i have to retype in the seach instead of just editing the entity name. It should autofill with the current entity.
