Current Behavior

在运行openapi.py的时候，会出现
“”该网页无法正常运作
0.0.0.0 目前无法处理此请求。
HTTP ERROR 502“”
这样的错误，我该怎么解决呢，我想看一下 OpenAI服务接口制作方法，但是执行好像有一点问题

Steps To Reproduce

运行openai_api.py文件，但是不能正确的访问8080端口。更换端口依旧发生错误。
