test: achieve 100% test coverage for helpers-validation.R

- added explicit tests validating that genotype ID arrays, replication arrays, and main_plots configurations contain at least 2 unique levels
- added error checks for NA leakage inside main_plots argument vectors
- verified robust execution of pairwise PSD calculation implicitly casting dataframes down to matrices
