test: achieve 100% coverage for stochastic_simulation.R

Added 13 new test blocks to cover diagnostic messages, error handlers, and edge cases (Bulmer effect decline, imaginary eigenvalues). Fixed noisy test output by suppressing sibling-index messages during error-path validation.
