Conventional Commit support

It will be nice if we can have conventional commit highlighting and suggestions for the keywords.

Since the official tree-sitter-gitcommit already supports this, it would be useful to add it to the plugin.

But this library is really slow to compile WASM, so I abandoned it 👀
