Get rid of all auto splits

  • d/ - since the text splits are probably incorrect in some ways this isn't urgent, but fixing data splits can help make text splits more accurate
• REL data - I think we can assume that all RELs consist of a single d/ file, so this might be doable with a script?
  • keyboard (via wii-menu)
• All RELs that link global_destructor_chain currently seem to have another dtors auto split at address 4 that simply includes the exact same reference. Why? TP seems to be affected too for some reason
• Some RELs start with 4 bytes .bss, seemingly increased to 8 bytes due to TU padding. Not sure where it's from
