This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any contribution you submit to the Avkash project.
"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including code, documentation, designs, issue comments, or other material that you intentionally submit for inclusion in Avkash.
"Project" means the Avkash open-core repository and any public repository maintained by Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd that states this Agreement applies.
"You" means the individual or legal entity submitting a Contribution.
"Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd" means Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd.
You grant Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd and recipients of software distributed by Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and derivative works.
This license allows Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd to use your Contributions in the open-source Project and to offer the Project, including your Contributions, under other license terms such as commercial license exceptions.
You grant Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd and recipients of software distributed by Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Project, where that license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contributions alone or by combination of your Contributions with the Project as submitted.
You represent that:
- You are legally entitled to grant the licenses in this Agreement.
- Each Contribution is your original creation, or you have sufficient rights to submit it under this Agreement.
- If you submit a Contribution on behalf of an employer or another legal entity, you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
- You will identify any third-party material included in a Contribution and provide the applicable license terms.
Except for the license grants in this Agreement, you keep all right, title, and interest in your Contributions.
Unless Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd states otherwise, Contributions accepted into the
public Project are distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License
version 3.0, as provided in LICENSE.
Your Contributions are provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
Zero8 Dot Dev Pvt Ltd may require contributors to sign this Agreement through a CLA bot or another written process before a pull request can be merged.
