Since I use a transparent taskbar with TranslucentTB, using transparent background setting in TrafficMonitor (TM) sometimes means that the TM text is unreadable. A new option for "Text outline" is a nice addition if it's possible.
Although Windows' clock is also unreadable due to not having any kind of shadowing or outlining.
