Meta: new "profiles" signal

The profile signal is now in alpha, out of experimental phase.

This means that we should understand if we need to support it in the SDK code somehow, and how.

there are 2 possible options.
both may require pprof backend implementation.

first is OTEL transport message.

It implements signals collection and its transport via protobuf.

Second is implementing pprof initially to see the concept in action, there are tooling that supports it, so we could use it directly in OTEL and others projects.
Taking into account OTEL collector support pprof format it's very attractive option for the first iteration.
