More flexibility in input data? Calculations without fitting?

Thanks a lot for the software!
Below are a few points that I think would make the program more accessible (i.e. things I wanted to try but did not succeed because of software limitations)

1. More flexible data imports. There exists the option to load generic .npz files for instance, but it necessitates the .npz to have a specific structure not specified in detail anywhere. In general, more flexibility for reading I(Q) data would be nice.
2. It would also be very nice to be able to simulate I(Q) without needing to fit, i.e. to check Bragg scattering is at the correct positions.
