EPUB: Tapping outside selected annotation should deselect it without triggering other actions

1. Tap an annotation
2. Tap Done to close the annotation edit pane
3. Tap outside the annotation

The tap will trigger other actions, such as toggling full-screen mode, selecting other annotations, or changing pages, instead of just deselecting the annotation, as it does for PDFs.
