Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch), [svelte-preprocess](https://github.com/sveltejs/svelte-preprocess), [sucrase](https://github.com/alangpierce/sucrase) and [svelte-check](https://github.com/sveltejs/language-tools). These dependencies need to be updated together. Removes minimatch. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies minimatch, svelte-preprocess, sucrase and svelte-check. These dependencies need to be updated together.
