Add DBIS cW mesh customBridge mappings (CCIP → Polygon)

Summary

• Adds 14 customBridge entries for DBIS cW mesh tokens (mainnet origin → Polygon wrapped address).
• Hub chain: Defi Oracle Meta Mainnet (138); transport: CCIP cW mesh per DBIS token-mapping registry.
• Export validated via pnpm mapper:validate-polygon-official in the DBIS proxmox repo.

Submission

After merge, submit the Polygon Token Mapper mapping request using the wrapped Polygon addresses in this PR.

This PR adds 14 customBridge entries for the DBIS CCIP cW mesh (Chain 138 hub → Ethereum mainnet cW* → Polygon wrapped).

Not standard PoS plasma bridge — transport is CCIP mesh per DBIS token-mapping registry.
