Bump WordPress "tested up to" version 6.8
Updated the tested version to 7.0 and added information about paid API access.
Bump WP tested-up-to 7.0 on `trunk`
Updated the tested-up-to version for WordPress and removed previous entries indicating support for versions 7.0 and 7.1.
Updated changelog for version 2.3.4 to reflect changes including the bump of WordPress minimum supported version and the addition of notices regarding API access removal.

The E2E tests are failing pending an update to the Cypress utilities. I have tested it against the 0.7.1 version via a GitHub checkout in this pull request.
I have also merged in
trunkto resolve some merge conflicts prior to release (rather than doing it with the merge totrunk.How to test the Change
Changelog Entry
Test the pre-release ZIP locally by downloading it from the Build E2E/Cypress action artifact and installing it locally. Ensure this zip has all the files we expect, that it installs and activates correctly and that all basic functionality is working.
