Update the NPM dependencies per the changelog below and via npm audit fix.

How to test the Change

E2E tests verify:

• build works, cypress runs as expected
• patterns are created
• page is created upon plugin activation

Other items to check:

1. Ensure block editor displays sub-patterns correctly
2. Ensure page displays correctly on front end in a variety of themes
