Summary

• upgrade the evidence contract to v0.2 while retaining the published v0.1 example
• add a deterministic static Abaqus audit adapter and synthetic cross-repository example
• add six agent metadata files, routing cases, canonical Apache-2.0 licensing, citation metadata, and a four-platform CI matrix
• strengthen provenance, lifecycle, privacy, collision, and symlink gates

Verification

• 50 unittest cases passed locally; 3 Windows symlink cases skipped for unavailable privilege and remain covered by Linux CI
• all 6 skills passed quick_validate and repository validation
• privacy scan and git diff checks passed
• deterministic adapter rerun produced identical SHA-256 and a truthful CONDITIONAL result
