docs: add Coder pilot outcome report

Document pilot configuration, performance metrics, and production assessment guide for the Coder autonomous coding workflow in the coder namespace.

Includes:

• Pilot configuration summary (Coder 2.32.0, Keycloak OIDC, CloudNativePG)
• Observed resource consumption metrics
• Production monitoring recommendations
• Infrastructure impact analysis
• Rollout recommendations

The documentation in docs/coder-pilot-report.md provides a clear, comprehensive, and well-structured report for the Coder pilot.

Strengths:

• Comprehensive: Covers configuration, performance metrics, monitoring, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Actionable: The "Immediate Actions" and "Pre-Full-Rollout Requirements" sections provide a clear path forward.
• Readable: Effectively uses tables and code blocks to present complex technical data.

Minor Observations/Suggestions:

• Postgres Command: In line 78, the SQL command SELECT count(*) FROM coder_user}' appears to have an extra closing brace (}) at the end.
• Formatting: The table formatting is consistent and clean.
• Recommendation: The suggestion to switch from NodePort to Ingress is critical and well-placed.

Overall, this is an excellent addition to the project documentation.
