In this PR we update the QAequilibraE code for QGIS 4 and PyQt6.
We're currently using the container images provided by Oslandia (see here) to test and update the code. However, many tests are failing.
On June 4th, 2025, I tested most of the plugin functionalities in QGIS 3.40.7 with Qt6, and it worked fine. We'll freeze this branch development for a little while until further releases.
