🧠 Customer Retention & Repurchase Analysis Dashboard

📊 Overview

This project presents an end-to-end data analytics solution that examines customer retention behavior and repurchase patterns using a real-world e-commerce dataset. The solution includes data cleaning, SQL-based data modeling, Power BI dashboard design, and DAX metric construction.

The final dashboard delivers insights across four key pages:

  1. Customer Overview
  2. Geographic Distribution Map
  3. Customer Lifecycle & Behavior Analysis
  4. Customer Value & Repurchase Analysis

📈 Business Insights Delivered

  • Customer count steadily increased from September to December 2011.
  • Retention rate fluctuated month-over-month but shows a long-term upward trend.
  • "Medium Value" customers contribute significantly to revenue but have lower retention.
  • Countries like Singapore and Sweden show high AOV, indicating high-margin potential.
  • "Loyal" customers have longer tenure and generate higher revenue per customer.
  • Focus on converting Medium Value + High AOV customers into High Value to drive revenue growth.
  • New customers have higher AOV than Early and Active segments, suggesting churned customers may hold hidden value.
  • Priority should be placed on converting 'New' customers into 'Early' or 'Active' to improve long-term retention and engagement.
