🎯 High-Value Customer Segmentation Dashboard (Power BI)

This project uses real-world e-commerce data from Olist Brazilian E-Commerce Dataset. to build a Power BI dashboard identifying and analyzing high-value customer segments.


📊 Objective

Analyze customer behavior over a 6-month period to:

  • Segment users based on order frequency, value, and satisfaction
  • Identify top 10% high-value customers
  • Provide actionable business insights and retention strategies

🔍 Key Insights

  • S and A-tier customers (top 20%) contributed over 54.7% of total sales
  • 98.6% of users placed only 1 order, indicating low loyalty
  • S-tier users had the highest average order value and satisfaction

  • Power BI (Dashboard, DAX, Slicers, Conditional Formatting)
  • Power Query (Data cleaning and transformation)
  • Customer segmentation with RANKX and custom logic
