This project uses real-world e-commerce data from Olist Brazilian E-Commerce Dataset. to build a Power BI dashboard identifying and analyzing high-value customer segments.
Analyze customer behavior over a 6-month period to:
- Segment users based on order frequency, value, and satisfaction
- Identify top 10% high-value customers
- Provide actionable business insights and retention strategies
- S and A-tier customers (top 20%) contributed over 54.7% of total sales
- 98.6% of users placed only 1 order, indicating low loyalty
- S-tier users had the highest average order value and satisfaction
- Power BI (Dashboard, DAX, Slicers, Conditional Formatting)
- Power Query (Data cleaning and transformation)
- Customer segmentation with RANKX and custom logic
- Data storytelling and business insight presentation
