This was acidentally changed a few commits back to look for the config in the internal folder, while it should be outside the folder.

Update dependencies since Parsedown has finally been updated to support PHP 8.4, so it should no longer show a deprecation warning. Also fix the config file path which shouldn't be looking inside the internal folder.
