An Autonomous, Bio-Inspired Stablecoin Ecosystem for Direct Disaster Relief.
🧩 Overview Traditional disaster relief suffers from leakage, delays, and lack of transparency. The Vascular Resilience Protocol (VRP) addresses these by mimicking a tree's nutrient distribution system. It replaces slow, human-dependent aid with an Autonomous Strategic Oracle that senses "thirst" in the community and provides immediate "hydration" via stablecoins.
🏗️ Architecture: The Vascular Tree Our architecture is decoupled into three biological layers to ensure global resilience:
The Canopy (Liquidity Aggregator): Ingress point for global donors to contribute stablecoins.
The Trunk (Strategic Oracle & Buffer): The "Brain" that monitors node vitality and manages a Liquidity Sponge (buffer) to prevent local inflation.
The Roots (Vulnerability Nodes): Decentralized clusters of verified beneficiaries who receive direct-to-wallet aid.
🚀 Key Features Vitality-Triggered Relief: Uses an IoT-style "Heartbeat" signal. If a sector goes silent (indicating a communication breach), the system autonomously triggers emergency relief.
The Liquidity Sponge: A smart-contract vault that absorbs excess funding during high-donor interest and slowly releases it to ensure long-term community recovery.
Zero-Leakage Distribution: Bypasses traditional banking intermediaries, ensuring 100% of donor funds reach the targeted root nodes.
💻 Technical Prototype The repository includes a Dual-Layer Prototype:
Simulation Engine (/simulation): A Python-based interactive dashboard (Google Colab) that demonstrates the "Vascular Flow" logic and autonomous decision-making.
Smart Contract (/contracts): A Solidity implementation of the VascularRelief protocol, showcasing the on-chain "Sponge" and "Sensor" logic.
