Close the proven provider-prebeta journey

Outcome

Close #895 on the signed, passing core provider-prebeta admission journey without treating its SPEC-033-only result as proof of unexercised requirement variants.

Changes

• record the 2026-08-06 M4 Pro physical journey and signed result in the journey contract;
• move residual evidence ownership to focused issues Provider pre-beta: capture SPEC-010 route identity, legacy bridge, and warm-swap evidence #957, Provider pre-beta: capture SPEC-023 physical autotune transcript and warning evidence #958, Provider pre-beta: exercise SPEC-032 strict admission-gate evidence matrix #959, and Provider pre-beta: capture SPEC-034 referral/invite admission posture #960;
• keep all residual requirements pending, including evidence-only UNKNOWN verdicts for repaired SPEC-023 behavior;
• document the closure and non-overpromotion boundary in Decision Entry 222.

The scope closes #895 only for the signed core journey and leaves #957-#960 pending with requirement-scoped evidence boundaries.
