Added MIT AND HPND-Markus-Kuhn to .github/workflows/dependency-review.yml under allow-licenses (with context note for pywin32) in commit d4fcaf2.

Good catch - updated the allowlist to use HPND-Markus-Kuhn (with MIT already present) instead of the combined expression in commit ee74670. CI log evidence pointed to wcwidth with MIT AND HPND-Markus-Kuhn, so this should match checker behavior. No UI changes (workflow-only), so no screenshot applies.
