- WebSocket now connects to only while audio recording is in progress - Reduces unnecessary connection and resource usage when not recording - Disconnecting the WebSocket ensures that AI responses from previous recordings are not played back

This change restricts WebSocket connections to only be active during recording sessions, improving resource management and connection efficiency by preventing unnecessary connections when not recording.
