New updated version of DEN-IM!

Biggest chenges include:

  • Option to add 4 NCBI strains (one for each serotype) in the phylogenetic inference analysis
  • Option to add the closest reference in the typing database to the phylogenetic inference analysis
  • module to check the expected coverage of the DENV genome (with a minimum requirement check)
  • lots and lots of tweaks and fixes
