- adapt DEMO.R file to work (minor changes)
- add subscreenfunnel-call to DEMO.R
- save new demo data with funnel to sysdata.rda
- adapt subscreenfunnel function to not use deprecated "summarise_all" function
- adapt subscreenfunnel function to not name endpoint variables xxx_quantile, but xxx instead (leads to errors otherwise)

- change n to .data$n in the group_by statements - add package prefix dplyr:: to across and everything function calls
