Session Timeline v0.2.1 — language picker + 2 new langs

32 languages now (added Basque 🇪🇸 Euskara and Quebecois French 🇨🇦 Français québécois).

The language list is now a single dialog with a dropdown — no more long menu that overflows the screen.

• Tools → Language: opens a small window with a ComboBox listing all 32 languages, grouped by family. Pick yours, click OK.

Multilingual release — Session Timeline now speaks 30 languages.

What's new

• 30-language interface with a flag-decorated language selector under Tools → Language. Languages are grouped by family (Romance, Germanic, Slavic, Other European, Middle East, East Asian, South/SE Asian, Regional).
• Auto-detection of system language at first launch (via $LANG).
• Per-language Noto fonts loaded automatically from system (CJK, Thai, Hebrew, Arabic, Devanagari, Sinhala) — every script renders correctly, no missing glyphs.
• README in 4 languages: English, Français, Español, Deutsch.
• Regional translations (Breton, Alsatian) flagged as approximate — contributions welcome.
