🏗️ What I do — Solution Architect at STXNext. Spent years on one of the largest UEM/MDM platforms managing millions of devices. Currently building a European alternative to AWS. Grew into a Backend Team Lead along the way, focused on people, not project management.

🚀 Startup — Running Airtalk with my wife, an AI-powered language learning platform. On the side I build trading bots, MEV extraction on Solana, and a mobile app that turns daily steps into a virtual world journey.

🎤 Speaking & Teaching — PyCon PL, PyData, Code Europe, and local meetups. Topics: multi-tenancy, stress testing, event-driven architecture, legacy migration. Former university lecturer. Company ambassador.

🤖 AI — AI Ambassador at my company. Created an internal AI bootcamp, 50+ engineers trained. I push AI adoption, but I started coding before AI was a thing. AI is a great tool, it shouldn't replace the thinking part.
