warning wrt ESP32-audioI2S library

It seems there is an issue somewhere north of ESP32-audioI2S@9cdddb4.

So use the above or an earlier version until this issue is resolved.

Most important change is that all setup now happens in system_setup.h.

• Download the latest release.
• Copy the php script to the server.
• Open system_setup.h and change your WiFi credentials, select a dac and set SCRIPT_URL to the correct location and you are done.
