TITLE:Potential health risks of antibiotic resistomes in a floodplain ecosystems
Now, I am focusing on the antibiotic resistomes in river ecosystem. By collecting different habitat samples in different hydrological period, we aimed to reveal their potential health risks according to reads-based,assembly and bining metagenomics.
