• amdecrypt is a cli tool for decrypting Apple Music songs in conjunction with a wrapper server.

• Bento4 is a cli tool required by amdecrypt to decrypt protected files.

• N_m3u8DL-RE is a powerful open-source command-line tool for downloading, decrypting, and muxing HLS/DASH (m3u8/mpd) streaming media into local video files, used for handling Apple Music audio streams in musicdl.

• Node.js is a fast, cross-platform JavaScript runtime that lets you run JavaScript outside the browser and powers many modern web and command-line tools, and in our setup it is mainly used by musicdl when downloading music files from YouTube.
