nightly.yml triggered release.yml on every push to main. release.yml is now gated behind the release GitHub Environment with required reviewers, so every push to main would pause waiting on manual approval. Releases are now manual-dispatch only. The existing 2.0.0-nightly tag/release will no longer be auto-recreated and can be cleared manually if unwanted. Removing the nightly trigger makes releases manual-dispatch only. The existing 2.0.0-nightly tag and release will no longer be auto-recreated and can be cleared manually if unwanted.
