Fix bugs on b1App

• Polished the Livestream Emotes section by improving the container layout and enhancing the scroll view, making it easier to open, close.
• Fixed an issue where the VOTD image was overlapping the text.
• Resolved multiple issues in the Groups → Contact Group Leader form (when the user is not logged in):
  • Fixed the UI shrinking issue.
  • Cleared the form after a successful submission.
  • Fixed the toast notification so it automatically disappears after a few seconds.
• Added a hover effect to the leader information section on anonymous visors.
