Missing Ruby installation gudelines on local development setup

Describe the bug

The user must install Ruby locally if they want to set it up on their local machine. In the current guidelines it was mentioned, that the user has to download ruby but didn't provide any links/process of installation so, so it's very hard to find the correct resources.
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

check the readme local environment set-up

Expected behaviour

In the main CV main repo as we mentioned the ruby installation process very clearly I have 2 solutions

• we can directly navigate their if user clicks on the ruby installation
• hard code here also the installation process
