Release Notes

The 2024 version of the Annual Statement of Financial Interest form has been reopened in AgilePoint to ensure compliance with Massachusetts Financial Disclosure Law (M.G.L. c. 268B). This law requires all major policy-makers in the City of Boston to submit a financial disclosure form annually. Each year, the Law Department notifies Cabinet Chiefs and Department Heads by email. Anyone under their supervision who holds a major policy-making position must also complete the form. The digital form and associated materials have been updated to reflect the 2024 filing requirements.

This release includes the following updates:

• Refreshed form language for the 2024 filing year
• Updated PDF output file to reflect 2024
• Updated AgilePoint view for internal review and tracking
• Updated Google Drive folders and templates for 2024 document collection
