[WIP] Mirror cockpit object edits from Laminar A330 tags

Apply (mirror) the edits made in Coalition-of-Freeware-Developers/laminar-a330 between tags v12.4.0-b1 and v12.4.0-b2 to the file objects/cockpit/A330_cockpit.obj in this repo.

1. Update chrono commands to elapsed commands (both animation command and manipulator command):

• sim/instruments/chrono2_cycle -> sim/instruments/elapsed2_cycle

2. Rewire ND brightness vs EFIS weather/terrain alpha datarefs (swap datarefs/labels consistent with source):

• In the rotate_medium knob blocks that previously used sim/cockpit2/switches/instrument_brightness_ratio[1] and [4] (Captain/F/O ND Brightness), change the animated/axis datarefs to:
  • Captain: sim/cockpit2/EFIS/EFIS_weather_alpha with label Capt Terrain Weather brightness
  • F/O: sim/cockpit2/EFIS/EFIS_weather_alpha_copilot with label FO Weather / Terrain Brightness
• In the rotate_small knob blocks, perform the inverse so rotate_small uses:
  • Captain: sim/cockpit2/switches/instrument_brightness_ratio[1] with label Captain ND Brightness
  • F/O: sim/cockpit2/switches/instrument_brightness_ratio[4] with label F/O ND Brightness

Constraints:

• Only touch objects/cockpit/A330_cockpit.obj.
• Make minimal textual changes; do not reformat unrelated lines.
• Ensure file remains valid for X-Plane OBJ.

Deliverable:

• A pull request with these changes, with a clear title/description mentioning mirroring laminar-a330 v12.4.0-b1..v12.4.0-b2.
