Added custom styles for select2 results group hover effect.
…NTRIBUTING, SECURITY, issue and PR templates (#1332)
still deletes instantly on use(if out of uses) but now also cleans up ones which for whatever reason were not exhausted at checkout (ie due to error, editing coupon, etc)
Now deleting expired/exhausted coupons via the command don't leave any garbage in the `user_coupons` table

Id doesnt count per version, but globally across all versions. Needs to be refactored in the feature
