AC Coupled (Release Notes)

Hybrid Gen1 (Release Notes)

  • [A187-D187 fast reaction with RTCL] Removed as I don't want people bricking their inverters. If you need this, there are other ways to obtain it.

Hybrid Gen2 (Release Notes)

Hybrid Gen3 LV (Release Notes)

Hybrid Gen3 HV (Release Notes)

  • SG030303
  • SG040404
  • SG050505 (Let me know if you have this - the link in the firmware portal is wrong and links to SG03)

EVC (I do no thave actual changelogs for 1.13 and 1.14 so added what I know was included)

  • AC_GL1_1.12 (31 May 2024)

    • NTP call not using windows.com. Should be pool.ntp.org (Related to strict TLS requirements released in 1.11)
    • Optimise command queueing. Resolve random offline when in inverter control mode
    • Add function to adjust CP voltage threshold on a case by case basis. Causing CP11 Error, in preparing state
  • AC_GL1_1.13 (30 Aug 2024)

    • Import Limitation optimisation
    • Enables modbus over ethernet (only active after ~10 minutes after device reboots)
  • AC_GL1_1.14 (09 May 2025)

    • Modify the SmartCharging startup rules to allow only one startup per day for a single Period.
    • New function: Add the “SuspevTime” Key, with a range of 0–43200. Help with 12v system usage while car is idle
      • Detail: If the car is in control of charging, the EVC will wait for this time before assuming charging is not required again, shutting down the comms channel to the car ECU. A longer wait time will allow the EVC to respond to Start controls from the car, under external controls. eg Octopus Intelligent Go; set this timer to 0 (As in previous firmware this function was not enabled)
      • Downside: communication channel between car and EVC remains open, some cars can drain 12v systems if left for long periods.
      • This new suspend function is designed to prevent the car and EVC remaining in communication for extended periods, while allowing a sensible window or charge re-activation. Once charging re-starts, the timer is reset.
      • If using this, set a value larger than the expected time between charging requests.
    • Add the “ChargingStateBCPVoltageHigherLimit” to modify the upper limit threshold of the CP (Wait state) 9V voltage, with a range of 100–105 (10-10.5v), in units of 0.1V. For cars that deliver control signals outside the SmartCharging allowed standard 8-(9)-10 v wait state.
