1. Allow user to specify to not use the LastModified attribute inside the resx files. This is only of importance when the files are being directly used to generate language packs and not the Translator application. This is the case for DNN core translators when using Github.
2. New "Clean" command on the "Component" ribbon. This resaves all resx files from the selected component according to the settings. This also removes obsolete keys.
