Connect AccountManagement 01.02.01

New feature: Added checkbox column in the main grid. using the checkbox column allows you to bulk delete or bulk remove users.

In the registered users role you may bulk delete accounts while in all other roles you may also bulk remove accounts from te current role.

Extended Token Support & Fixes

• Change: When browsing a given role from within the tree, the grid now shows more details about the role membership, e.g. "In Role Since" column now shows the effectove date of the role membership and "status" shows the status of the role membership.
• New: You can now change the status of a role membership right from the grid
• New: You can now remove accounts from a given role right from the grid
• Change: Excluded host accounts from the result
• Change: removed RAD menu from grid
• Fix: searched account no longer remains in session
