Allow simple using of external libraries needed. Use system libraries where some fedora packages are available. Keep some small bundles only.

Thank you, @pemensik. If we want this, I think we should have a separate option per bundled library. I kinda don't like that this is tailored for Fedora.

Let me think about this a bit more.

Please don't use separate option for every library. If we can forbid using bundles at all, I think it would help any other distro. If they have packaged dependency, I think they usually want just working build. If using system libraries can work, I think it should be preferred always. By a single option, if not a default already. It might make sense to have only single option to disable all bundled libraries, but allow using bundled code only by explicit per-library option. Because ideally we want no bundled code from external repositories, if they can be compatible.
